Terms of Use

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between any individual or legal entity (the "Buyer") who accesses this website or places an order, and VoLaMiro (the "Seller"). By continuing to use this site, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
VoLaMiro provides parametric 3D model files of furniture components in digital formats (iges, sat, dwg, 3dm). The service covers: browsing the catalog, discussing order parameters, and delivering the file. VoLaMiro does not provide CNC programming on the buyer's equipment, equipment setup, production consulting, implementation support, or any other services not specified in this section.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed by contacting VoLaMiro through the contact details provided on this site. The Buyer specifies the required model, parameters, and file format. An order is confirmed upon mutual agreement of its terms and receipt of payment.
4. Delivery
Files are delivered digitally to the Buyer's specified email address or via another agreed channel. Delivery timelines are agreed upon individually for each order.
5. Intellectual Property
All 3D models and associated files are the intellectual property of VoLaMiro or its licensors. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files solely for their own manufacturing purposes. Transfer, resale, or distribution of files to third parties without VoLaMiro's written consent is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Files are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. VoLaMiro does not warrant that the files will meet specific manufacturing requirements, be compatible with any particular equipment or software, or produce any specific result.
7. Limitation of Liability
VoLaMiro shall not be liable for: the results of using the files in manufacturing; the quality of finished products; any losses, injuries, property damage, or other harm arising from the use of these files; equipment malfunction, improper setup, or operator error. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for production safety, equipment configuration, material selection, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
9. Amendments
VoLaMiro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following publication of any changes constitutes the Buyer's acceptance of the updated Terms.
